Wearing a mask in a video interview

Hello everyone, this is a question I've had for a while now. I live close to my university, and that's where I prefer to give my interviews (phone or video ones) since I am not that comfortable giving interviews from home with my roommates around.

As my university has a very strict mask-wearing mandate, I have to wear my mask on for the whole duration of the interview. While this is something I am okay with, I just wanted to know whether it's acceptable to wear a mask during a video interview and whether that would affect my interview process in any way.
