Too soon to ask for a raise?

Some background- I am a "social media marketing coordinator" for a startup. I have worked there since the beginning of November and I am currently a contractor for them which in January I will be brought on as a W-2 employee.

Since this is a startup, I am doing the job description of many many different roles. I am really the first person to be in charge of all these accounts so there is no other data to compare me to, and naturally the success of what I'm doing keeps going up.

While I am thankful for this since it is my first job out of college, and everything I am learning will be beneficial to my long-term career success, this is a lot of work for $16/hour.

Currently, I am creating content and operating 5 social media accounts, and am also doing HR projects related to glassdoor and other projects along the lines of community presence within our remote workplace. In addition to that, I am also doing other SEO projects and soon influencer outreach. As you can see, I am wearing many hats (which I am grateful for!)

I just don't know if it would be too soon to ask for a raise when we have the conversation of me transitioning to a W-2 employee, even by $1-3 per hour. Since it would be about 2/3 months since I've been with the company. I am getting amazing feedback from all of my upper management/ C-Suite. I am spending time over my 40 hours doing work that I am not getting paid for, because I personally have to do everything to the best of my abilities.

I would love any advice, I know this is asking a lot very soon being within a company. But you know the saying, closed mouths don't get fed.
