Confused

Hello 24 (M) here. I am currently a FedEx Ground employee. I’ve been with the company for 5 years, 6 years in May. I’ve been tgetting tired of working inside a warehouse. That’s all I know. Drivers that drive for FedEx Ground are individual contractors, most of them don’t provide Health Benefits. I currently have 401K & Medical insurance through FedEx but I’ve been thinking of wanting to be a driver. At least for a year or 2 get some more experience & learn a new form of the operation. I’m about to return to FedEx as an employee if I do things by the books & put my 2 weeks. I’m just really unsure of what I want to do. I’ve tried applying for hiring positions within FedEx but HR hasn’t called me back, but I’m also just tired of being inside a warehouse all day, I want to experience something new.
