Hi,
I've so far completed an HR phone screen, met with the manager, met with a colleague I'd be working with, completed an assignment (paid), and now I'm meeting with the CEO.
I felt totally fine about it and not nervous until the hiring manager set up a meeting to prepare me for meeting the CEO.
Either this is something they do with everyone in case someone is nervous or she really wants to fill the role/hire me and make sure I put my best foot forward.
Am I missing something?
Beyond that, any general tips for meeting the CEO are much appreciated. I feel like its just looking for fit and she has the final say. All I have to do is show I'm skilled and have some personality, right?
I'm so ready to just get an answer haha. Props to everyone who regularly goes through these drawn out hiring processes. My last 2 jobs I had 1 interview only so this is a whole new world.
