"Site visit" what to expect?

I've interviewed with a company for a position right out of school. They've called several times and said they're interested in me and would like me out for a "site visit" which is likely an informal in-person interview where I get to know the site (which is very large). I'll be going (likely flying) from a rural college town to another rural town several states over.

Should I expect them to pay for the flight, lodging, meals, etc? I'm 21, so what about a rental car also?
