I start my new job next week but weirdly I’ve been getting a lot of responses to my applications for jobs which I applied to over a month ago.
I did initial screening phone call with a few but felt like I’d just rather stick to the offer I have. Is it rude to recommend them a potential candidate? Like peers I’ve worked with in school? I can think of a few classmates/friends who are struggling to find a job and I think this would help but I don’t know how much of an impact it really is or if I’m even in the position to recommend someone when I don’t work there.
Thanks!
