On The Skills Section: What Is A Good Way To Rate And Lowest Rating I Should Allow Myself?

Hi, I'm just about done with my resume but just want to see if I can improve on the skills section.

My skills section rating is 10/10 squares. I have 6 skills listed and one skill being 9/10, four being 8/10, and with another one as 7/10.

Do you think simple squares is a good way to rate or maybe I should I opt for just one long bar? or circles?

Also, in your experience is a '7/10' safe to put on there? What would be the lowest you'd show for recruiters?
