Omitted actual resignation date while seeking new job

Hopefully this is the right spot for this kind of advice!

Left Job A for Job B in October, and is unfortunately a bad match. With the help of recruiters, I've luckily landed interviews for better jobs. However, we submitted a resume that says Job A - 'Present' employment and landed final interviews based on Job A.

Will this create an issue for soon-to-be employers when(if?) I update sites like LinkedIn with actual dates? Could Job A reveal when I actually left? We have mutual HR connections.
