My company is changing me from nonexempt to exempt. Can I ask for more money?

My job requires overtime work during busy seasons. In 2019 and 2020 I was nonexempt meaning I get paid for any overtime hours. In 2019 I was making 60k plus 20k overtime which totaled my overall compensation to 80k. This year my base wage is 65k plus only 10k overtime because my company didn't allow me to work overtime for several months during the beginning of the year due to Covid. For next year they wanted to changed me from nonexempt to exempt and told me my annual salary will be 77k with no overtime. They came up with that salary amount from adding my base salary 65k plus 10k overtime from 2020 and 2k for cost of living raise. Do you think I can ask for more? I feel 80k should be my annual salary if they don't want to pay me for overtime. Thank you.
