Job opportunities in the psychology field

So I’m absolutely fascinated by the inner workings of the mind and the way people think differently and how opinions are formed and I could keep listing but I won’t for brevity’s sake. I don’t want to be a psychologist because I don’t work well with people I’m just really awkward and the only jobs are just psychologists to help people but is there anything that involves studying the mind but not helping with people’s feelings?
