I have an interview coming up and was wondering what the opinion is on asking about how much training I can expect in the new position?
I currently work at a company that I've only been with for 3 months, where I was given about 1.5 days before my trainer decided she didn't want to train anymore. I also can't ask questions without getting a sarcastic answer or told to "be resourceful" and find the answer myself.
This new job will be a massive pay cut of roughly 10k a year, so I don't want to take it only to find out that I am worse off with no training and less money.
Is it frowned on to ask about training during an interview? I don't have any direct experience that would relate to the position, and the job would be a work-from-home one for the foreseeable future.
