Is it basically no dice trying to enter the workforce with just a bachelor's degree and no work experience in California?

I was looking at entry level positions on linkedin like junior accountant, accounting clerk, procurement, etc in Texas and all the jobs were requiring 0-3 years of experience compared to California where the same job titles were 3-5+ years of experience. I have a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in supply chain, but all the jobs in California want 3-5+ years of experience and some companies want advance skills in excel, sql, etc.
