i’m very nervous about getting a job...

i recently finished high school and started 3 months of holiday. i have nothing to do so people have suggested that i get a job to fill my time. i’ve only worked once before and i hated that job. my boss asked me to work almost every night and when customers talked to me i got very nervous. (i was working at a restaurant and my role was to clean up the tables. i did not know anything about their food. i knew NOTHING!). tbh i do not wanna get a job but i feel like i have to. does anyone have any tips to overcome this or recommended job for me?
