Ideas on a new career who likes to work alone.

I'm 32(m) I work in construction and have do for the better part of ten years. I've been trying to settle down into a trade/career recently and I'm having trouble finding something I like doing.

I currently install fire sprinkler systems. I don't mind my job, but tbh I'm not happy there. The work is thankless and repetitive and Im not a huge fan of working with a bunch of meatheads all day.

My education is a GED and some work related certifications. My career background is warehouses and laborer/apprentice construction gigs.

I'd like to find a career where I'm mostly on my own, such as remote work from home (ideal) or a job where I'm not working directly with another person. I'm willing to put in school time and training. I'm not looking for a quick easy fix (unless..there is one).

Has anyone made a similar move? Or is anyone else looking for the same thing and have found some resources that may guide me in the right direction? I usually just hop on indeed but I'm not sure what I should be looking at.
