This new company has given me a week of unstructured training and making it mandatory I come in office every day (while not necessary) to “work” but there’s been no work given.
My title is an MLO Assistant but I have been assigned no one to assist or how to promote the business to get business. I’m terribly frustrated because it is commission based and I have only two months left of savings before I possibly fall behind on my mortgage.
I have no clue what I am doing but I also do not want to give up on this career. I want to help people achieve their goals of home ownership and also excel in my career.
