I have several medical issues that affect my ability to get SOME jobs but not all and it is really affecting my confidence with the Job Search. looking for advice and recommendations thanks

Due to a very complex medical history, I cant perform in many jobs, particularly those that align with entry-level & "holiday" style jobs. Ive been on the job hunt for 6 months now, and have had little to no luck with applying for jobs I can do.

For clarity, I cant perform in any job with almost any level of background noise (a weird combo of severe migraines and hearing loss - ruling out retail work etc.), or any job that is physical (nerve damage + some other chronic illnesses).

I Graduated with a Physics degree and have done some office work in the past. I am looking for a job in the systems/business analyst type work ideally but I feel like I cant have an in route. Ive managed to pick up some freelance work designing excel sheets for some companies but nothing solid.

I am really just looking for advice in a field I may be able to get temporary work quickly. Or any long term advice. Thanks!
