I am recovering from surgery that I got on Friday, but am scheduled to work six hours as a grocery bagger tomorrow. What do I do?

I had invasive nasal (breathing related) surgery yesterday, and am currently bleeding constantly, on painkillers all day, and very very fragile at the moment. Over a month ago, I filled out a sheet of holiday time availability, and clearly crossed out the week after my surgery. But they scheduled me anyway, and my parents and doctor won't let me drive or work. I have been looking for a replacement for a week, and the original guy I signed my shift off to bailed at the last minute. Now I am facing being written up, even though I did everything I could. What should I do? Show up and risk bleeding out and injuring myself? Or just take the punishment?
