I have a call tomorrow with a recruiter for a company that works with both private sector and government clients. I've smoked weed daily for the past 4 years and am stopping during the job hunt obviously but I plan on getting my medical card after that. What is a good way to say that I don't want to go through a security clearance without mentioning weed? I'd prefer to be honest but don't want to set myself up for discrimination.
