After months and tons of applications, I got an interview a few days ago. They sent an offer to start a 2-week trial. However, the offer stated an hourly rate, but didn't mention any kind of benefits (PTO, Holidays, sick leave, etc). The rate is below of what I could accept, but I'd be willing to negotiate it if there were some benefits included. How could I write to them about this? I really don't want to accept something that I don't know will work long term only because I need the job, but at the same time, this is the only company that has offered me a job.
