I drank a bunch of caffeine and was incredibly nervous before an interview last week. I go to the same university that the person in charge graduated from, I had good references, decent work experience (for a student), and a high gpa.
When they asked me to describe my experiences (and why I wanted to work there) my mind went blank lol. I started to avoid eye contact (on zoom), gave brief one sentence answers, and left out pretty much all the information from my resume. I looked so socially awkward.
One of the interviewers looked at me like I had two heads or something. He then started to question my competency and abilities. My God, I have never had such an awkward interview in my life. Even the ending was awkward. Of course I never received a response from them lol. I physically CRINGE when I think about it. I'm so terrible at interviews.
