Hi, I just started working as a customer service representative for a few days. The jobs required to know Chinese as their entire system and culture is in Chinese. I know a little bit but not fluent so when I started the job, I got confused a lot more than I expected, and the manager knows that too.
I am planning to leave this job but can I ask them to lay me off instead of me quitting.
