Advice for quitting?

About a month ago I started working for a major grocery retailer. Since then, I've learned that I am not a good fit for the job, as it is completely overwhelming for my autism, and so whenever I get home I crash for a few hours where I'm unable to do anything as I try to recover from work. In that time, I was informed of an entry level position with a local robotics company that I have a prior relationship with from High School, and this morning they offered me a position and asked me to start Monday. I've accepted their offer, but I'm now unsure of how to approach my current employer about leaving my position, does anyone have any advice?
