To keep it short I just got my first job at a fastfood about 2 months ago and when I joined I asked for 2 days a week off but for the last 3 weeks now ive been working 6days with only 1 day off a week 33-35 hours a week and lets just say my mental is not the best right now lmao. Anyway I have bad anxiety so im scared to ask but how do I ask my boss for 3 days off and only work 4 days cause that would be ideal for me.
