Hello, I hope everyone is staying safe and sane at the moment,
I am 21 and live in the UK, I am keeping myself afloat financially by buying and selling electronics and I have no problems with it, I quite enjoy it. For a while however I have had the Idea of taking a course to learn to do coding as I have heard stories of people going from being aimlessly employed and relatively unskilled to being on £100k per year after doing such courses (and obviously putting in some work). I have since realised that I wouldn't really enjoy doing coding as a career as I don't think it would satisfy my need for interaction and would probably end up being 'boring' for my particular tastes and personality.
The question then stands, which skills learning courses are worthwhile, offering good potential career opportunities etc. The one I was looking at was £6k I believe, so I am obviously happy to pay money.
I'd be interested in hearing about anything, Whether relating to my particular passions and tastes, or not (I'm sure others with vastly different leanings will find your answers helpful). Personal stories etc.
Some specifics for those answering directly for me - I am a people person, very interested in what makes people tick, have an aptitude for interfacing with others. Creative but not lacking in the ability to be analytical. Musician (vocalist and producer) so something that ties in with that maybe beneficial. Have in the past not been the most organised however I can see that changing in myself. My Initial feint ideas lean towards the advertising world/ Marketing skills however I'd love to hear your ideas.
