started a new job, not been on the rota for 3 weeks, i just want to start but no communication from the store. what would you do?

i got a job last week at mcdonald’s, i wasn’t on the rota then and i’ve checked my schedule i’m not on for the next two weeks (there’s nothing there)

i have rang the store 3 times regarding the matter, one at the beginning after i got the job, one in the middle then one today.

all said they would take down my name, get the hiring manager to ring me back regarding shifts and when i start.

i have heard nothing at all, it’s always me chasing them.

i’m so upset because i need this job heavily but i’ve had no contact from the store except me when i’m chasing it up all the time
