Received a job offer with an acceptance deadline, but have 4 companies I’m still interviewing for. What to do?

I just received a job offer today for a wonderful company in Illinois, however, I still have quite a few companies I would like to finish the interview process for and see if jobs are offered for.

The job offer I received asked for an acceptance/rejection by November 13th. However, my final 2 interviews for two companies are November 17th and November 19th and I’m also waiting to hear back from 2 more companies I already had final interviews for.

Should I ask the company of the job offer I’ve already received for an extension to the offer deadline? Or should I just tentatively accept, and possibly renege later, (the job wouldn’t start until January).
