No email response, how do I follow up?

Hi all! So I recently accepted a job offer about 2-3 weeks ago. I emailed on the 30th, asking about my training days. He responded, telling me my starting date as well as my training schedule. I also asked about the work attire to wear while I’m on a 90-month probation. I have a last-minute funeral on the 28th that I didn’t know about before, and that’s the day he wants me to start being alone and working. He only responded to the attire and not the schedule. I asked if it was anyway, I could start another day because of this. I apologized that I didn’t let him know when he asked if I had any holiday plans. I didn’t realize at the time. It’s now Nov.4th, and still no response.

How do I follow up?
