Multiple Accounts with ATS

Hi all, I was wondering if it’s alright to create 2 accounts (with different email address) in a multinational company’s ATS (applicant tracking system)? I’ve been applying to jobs with an email account but it’s been months and I haven’t heard back, so I revamped and improved my resume and it looks so much better now. Is it alright to create another account with the new resume and apply to more jobs?
