Advice for 2.5 hour long video interview?

Any advice for a set of interviews that will in total be 2.5 hours over Zoom? I have going through the interview process for a job close to me and the next step are five 30 minute Zoom interviews, each of which are with some kind of manager or supervisor for the role. Prior to this was a couple interviews with a recruiter, a hiring manager, and a staff planner. This isn’t a high profile job but I suppose they’re doing their due diligence.
