Hello all,
I am in my senior year of a mechanical engineering degree and have been searching for jobs. I would really like a project engineering role (one of my internships was based around that role). I had a Zoom interview with a company for a role I would have really enjoyed working for about a month ago - only to be told they were going a different direction. A few notes:
-Towards the end of the interview, the Hiring manager told me that I was their top candidate at the time and "should be expecting a call back later in the week". Very confused why I was told this still.
- They just reposted the job position. Is it worth applying for again? Would they even consider me knowing I already interviewed with them?
I guess my big question would be: Is it strange/worth it to reapply?
