I hate my job I don’t need them as a reference I have another job lined up but I have massive anxiety and guilt issues. I have my letter of resignation literally ready to be sent. I WANT to just quit and never go back. My letter says I’ll work through Thursday (there’s no fuckin way I can work 2 more weeks for a “notice”). I know my manager will want to talk about it at work tomorrow and my environment will be horribly passive aggressive for my remaining days, but this job is like a million pound weight on my back.
