Always get rejected after the third interview because they always ask me USELESS VAGUE QUESTIONS THAT ADD NO VALUE LIKE

Like how do you organize? How do you work on competing deadlines? What’s your communication style? How do you handle vague tasks? How do you solve a problem with little guidance Etc

Like what AM I SUPPOSED TO ANSWER TO THOSE???? 😡😡😡😡

Just had my third interview for a job and all the questions were basically the same that I ran out of things to say. This is my 4th time getting to the third interview in several jobs and it’s always the same type of useless questions ......even when the position itself is very basic and WELL BELOW my skill set.

I get it, “culture questions” etc but let’s be honest everyone gives made up answers to these useless questions that tell you absolutely nothing

And don’t tell me their vital, I’ve excelled at every position I’ve had to date without having to think about those questions
