what to do as a minimum-wage worker with little opportunities

i work in retail/restaurants because i have no other expirience. no college degree (too poor and not smart enough for scholarships) and no skills. i'm pretty much useless. i hate every job i get in the small city i live in and every day i just feel like giving up. i'm not making enough money and even if i could get more hours i would be miserable. what do i do.
