Title. I had a pretty good first interview, and they let me know they’d be sending me the benefits booklet to look over and that they’d be in touch. A few days later in the same email as the benefits booklet, I got an invite to a second interview.
Normally in my experience the benefits booklet comes AFTER the offer. Is it normal now for companies to do this with multiple candidates? Just trying to gauge how likely an offer is at this point, but I find it hard to believe they placed all their chips on me.
