If you work at Bunnings i could use some advice

so i had my first shift yesterday. for some reason i can’t log onto the team portal at home using my team member ID and password even though i am certain they are correct as i could log onto the store computers yesterday.

does anyone have any advice? am i logging into the wrong website or is there somewhere else i can log in to see my roster?

also i’m unsure about how my second shift will go, will i be getting trained still or will they be expecting me to figure it out myself? any advice is so appreciated!!
