Are there any “tasks” type of jobs that actually offer 40 hours of work?

I’m taking about websites like fancy hands and live ops, where you can “work as much as you want” but really can barely get any tasks. So you’re not able to work full time and not even part time because there aren’t enough tasks to actually do. Is there anything that actually has enough work for 40 hours a week?
