How seriously should I take the reviews on Glassdoor regarding my new job I start in a week?

I’ve been seeing very bad reviews on Glassdoor about the company I unfortunately just accepted a job offer from.

Basically saying my soon to be manager is racist, misogynistic, and the only reason he hires women is to “get into their pants”..

How seriously should I take these employee reviews?

Should I start looking for a new job?

(I’m a woman and don’t even know what to expect after reading some of these. The average company rating is a 2.5 and it’s a publicly traded company/pretty large)
