Accepted job offer last week and still undergoing background check, etc. Just received two interview offers that are a better fit. How should I word my withdrawal of the 1st job.

As the title states, I accepted a job last week and have been filling out paperwork, fingerprints, etc. Just received today two interview offers. I want to call the company tomorrow to tell them the bad news. How would you word it? I'm thinking just be very thankful for their time and effort but unfortunately it seems these other jobs are a better fit. Seem good? Wasn't going to give the names of the company but say the pay is better and better fit in my skills. Anything I'm missing here? Thanks for your help
