Would it look bad on my resume if all my related volunteering experiences were from two years ago? I had a medical condition that interfered.

Is it possible to not have to include the specific years at all? I'm only 18 so I haven't exactly lived that long.

I'm looking for a simple horse barn job. I have many relevant experiences that started from when I was 9, and ended about 2 years ago (working with horses, volunteering at shelters, etc). Only one thing is ongoing (pet-sitting).

All of my school experiences (key club, etc.) were from nearly 2 years ago, too, because I physically had to do school from home for over a year. (Ironic, isn't it, now that we're in quarantine?) Unfortunately, it was due to severe mental health issues, so I can't exactly tell them that. Advice?
