What are some realistic, positive changes to how jobs are that could happen in this century?

As the world and economy keep changing, I figure how some may come and define a job will as well. The 20th century brought the 40 hour work week, for example. I figure as time goes on, only more changes to the work force will be made, and what future generations will know as trends in the job market will change even more. Hell, in the 21st century alone, there have been talks of a UBI, a 4 day work week, and the concept of “employer loyalty” is pretty much gone. Are there any realistic, positive changes that could happen to how we define and look at as a job in this century?
