How can I get an office job with limited experience?

So I’m 19 and I have only been working at McDonald’s for a few days. I interned with my cousin at her apartment leasing office for a few weeks last year in August. I hate my job already and can’t see myself lasting any longer than a month. I’m not in school and I live at home with family. I only wanted a little pocket change to maybe buy some fall clothes but this is too much work for $8 an hour. Seeing a lot of older people still working there also scared me into wanting a bit more direction (not judging them). I have a little bit of interning experience and a couple great references. How can I increase my chances of becoming an office clerk?
