The company has a new position open, should I email the supervisor I got rejected from???

I applied to be a Marketing Assistant about a month ago. I made it past the phone interview w/ one of the assistants and got to meet my would-be-boss. We laughed, we connected, she attended the school I used to work at.

A while had passed (a few days) and I hadn't heard anything. A week past the video interview, I sent an email. They didn't respond after like 5 days, so I sent another. Finally the assistant told me they went with someone else.

I, still chipper and polite, asked for feedback for my future job interviews. The would-be-boss emails back saying they went with someone with more marketing experience (I don't have very much) and that my resume was still impressive. I thanked them and they wished me luck.

Fast forward to TODAY, I get an alert that the same company is opening a new Assistant position that I am better qualified for. The company is small so I'm sure they all know each other, but I'm not positive if the woman I spoke with has influence over that position.

I've already applied to the position. Should I email the two women from my previous interview and mention that I applied to this other position?? Maybe just email the supervisor lady? Or stay anonymous and see what happens?

All professional opinions are welcome. Thanks1
