There’s a company I’m incredibly interested in. I applied to a position at that company but received a rejection due to my experience level. The rejection was not an automated message but rather a personal email from one of the recruiters, the recruiter let me know they would keep me on file for future jobs with that position. This was two months ago.
Since then I’ve updated my portfolio with new projects that I think will help further my chances. The position I was rejected from is still open, but I’m looking for a way to ask if there’s something less senior. What’s a good way of approaching this? Should I even reach out?
