Mortgage Loan Officer Vs. Customer Relations

Hi,

After a long job hunt I’ve finally received two offers and am debating on which one to take. I was offered a job as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Caliber Home Loans - 30K plus commission and and another opportunity working in corporate $45,000 a year. Not thing highest paying but you have to start somewhere. I’m not very familiar with being a loan officer. Could someone offer advice on what they would recommend? The guaranteed higher base or the opportunity to bank high off of commission. Expected salary was $90-95K for a first year associate.
