I'm interviewing for a job next week and it'll be a performance based interview. A performance based interview is where the interviewer will ask questions that relate to your performance or behavior when encountering difficult situations because past behavior can be a good predictor of future behavior. It's easier to hire & train someone who acts the way you want them to act rather than hire someone whose behavior you might have to change or doesn't work with the culture of the workplace.
I have a bunch of questions that I found on the internet, but, I am trying to find some audible books or podcasts to stimulate my thinking skills when it comes to answering these types of questions because I'm having a bit of a writer's block. Does anyone have any suggestions?
