Advice needed - wait or contact

Hello all, I have been through 3 rounds of interview with a company for a position I’m highly interested in. The interview went great and the people I interviewed with all responded to my thank you email telling me how much they enjoyed meeting me and my presentation. I was told to give two weeks for a decision. It’s only been a week but the anxiety is killing me. I’m constantly checking my emails and picking up random numbers just in case.

I’m interviewing with other companies and wanted to let them know that I’m in final stages with another company and could be off the market soon. I’m more interested in this company though than the other ones.

So my question is, can I contact them now or I have to wait the entire two weeks?
