Waitering is a joke

Honestly, I've had it. This job is an absolute joke. I get paid 1.1k to walk around is circles harassing people to buy drinks repeating phrases like "would you like something else?" , "all good?" like a deranged parrot. I have ZERO stability, no sick days, no social life oh, yesterday I was basically accused of stealing from the till by management, despite working with several drug addicts. I am absolutely livid, oh and I make 50e above the poverty line.

I need a way out of this but I don't know how. I have a law degree and several years of bank experience. Someone please help.
