video game testing jobs for 12 year olds

i need money but i can't find any video game testing jobs for anyone under 18. i have very little experience and i'm 12 but I think that since I have nothing better to do and i enjoy games that I could help to find bugs and glitches. if anybody can find a site or a job for me I would greatly appreciate it.
