Should I accept University Teaching Assistant Job ??

Hi all,

So basically I am finishing up a masters in Human Resource Management, I applied randomly for a few jobs a while back and I ended up being offered a job as a teaching assistant in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour at a University.

I did not expect to get this job & I was surprised when I got the offer...it is a 9 month contract- but I am a bit nervous to accept because I am not sure if this experience will be of any benefit to me when I go to apply for jobs HR?

So basically what I am asking should I decline the offer to try and secure an Industry job or should I take the offer given the job market?
