Lost at a younger age

Crosspost from another sub: I always was into working hard at school and I never goofed off or was lazy. In high school I started to get interest in the criminal justice field. I was able to get an internship in senior year and it was only a month long thing but was fun. Into college I majored in CJ and loved all the classes etc. Junior into senior year summer I did a 3 month internship at a civil law courthouse. Felt okay with it but never saw myself going into law.

Later I got a job doing background checks and felt very burnt out doing that. It lasted 6 months and honestly it would not do much for me on my resume. Eventually I got a job as a paralegal. With the covid stuff Ive been here a year and will be resigning monday. People usually leave after a year and I have just had enough of it. I got actually so anxious at this job that I was going to be put on xanax by a hospital.

I guess now I feel burnt out and look at everyone I went to school with in these good careers. I always thought about learning a trade but I have epilepsy which is not going to be so easy finding one I can do.

I am looking in NYC so I have opportunity. I just feel very down and not so confident even with a decent resume and job experience. I do not consider myself stupid or lazy, just more like lost and confused on what to do and do not want to be in my mid thirties with nothing

Any help would be appreciated
